RiverMead is seeking a strategic and analytical Director of Financial Operations to support organizational excellence and innovation. Reporting directly to the CFO/COO, this role plays a critical part in providing financial insights, strengthening operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making across all departments.
You will serve as a key partner to leadership, helping to guide financial planning, reporting, systems optimization, and compliance efforts—while identifying opportunities to improve both financial and operational performance.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required), Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
Relevant experience required to successfully perform in this role
Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis or a similar role (preferred)
Experience in senior living, healthcare, or non-profit organizations (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Advanced knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and financial analysis
Experience with database administration and financial systems
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software; ability to quickly learn new systems
Inquisitive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Licensure & Certifications
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or similar credential (preferred)
