Artemis Living seeks a results-driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead occupancy growth and community outreach for our Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services.

Responsibilities include:
• Driving occupancy to 90%+ within 12 months
• Generating 50+ leads/month
• Leading digital & community marketing efforts

Requirements:
• 3–5 years’ senior living sales experience preferred
• Strong communication & CRM skills
• Flexible schedule & valid driver’s license

Salary: $75K–$85K + bonuses
