Piper Shores is Maine’s only non-profit lifecare retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and long-term care. We are seeking a licensed multi-level long-term care administrator to lead operations of our 90-bed program which includes 40 private skilled nursing accommodations, 14 memory care apartments and 36 assisted living apartments. We are a CMS 5-star rated community with a commitment to Person-Centered care and a well-established cohort of interdisciplinary team members to ensure comfortable staffing ratios.
